SEAMEO RECFON looking for qualified candidate to fill the following positions:

 

Accounting Staff  (1 position) :

 

Collecting and clarify all the financial document including the cash advance done and reported by unit / division

Help the head Unit of Accounting in the input process and recap the financial data and reported to the Income Statement, General Ledger, and others.

 

Recruitment Qualifications :

1.      Minimally Diploma degree in Accounting / Financial Management with minimum of one years working experience in Finance / Accounting

2.      Honest, good interpersonal and communication skills.

3.      Able to work and apply procedures flexibly with high accountability

4.      Good written and spoken English skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

5.      Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Spreadsheet program

 

Finance Staff ( 2 position) :

Administer (receive, store, disburse) money, Assist treasurer in money disbursement and checking its report, implement administration and archiving the official letter and other financial document

Recruitment Qualification:

·         Minimally Diploma degree in Finance with minimum of one years working experience in Finance

·         Honest, has a good analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Able to work and apply procedures flexibly with high accountability

·         Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with some good written and spoken English skills;

·         Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Spreadsheet program
