Job Description
1. Handling building management, car and other asset, Coordinating OB,
security, driver, and receptionist, Ensuring regular maintenances for
company asset, Monitoring purchasing process for office supplies, Handling
documents formality (No.1)
2. Handling Recruitment, Payroll & Benefit. Creating HR procedures and
team building.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Male, max. 35 years (No.1) max 40 (No.2)
2. Bachelor in any discipline
3. Experience of working in the GA/HR oil & gas/mining field for a minimum
of 1 years for junior position and 3 years for senior position.
4. Computer literate
5. Possess relevant technical competency
7. Required skill(s): Business Correspondence, Building Management &
Maintenance, General Purchasing, General Office Support.
8. Analytical thinking, pro-active, Supportive and self motivated
9. Leadership qualities for senior position is a must
10. Good health and personality, smart and hard worker
