We are seeking highly qualified professional candidates to join our team
as :
SENIOR SECRETARY & ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Qualifications:
*FEMALE, age 25 – 35 years old
*Diploma or Bachelor degree, Tarakanita alumni will be an advantage
*At least min. 5 year working experience serving as a Secretary or Personal
Assistant at a Director's level;
*Fluent in English both in verbally and written;
*Having working experience in property industry is a plus
*Computer literate (good knowledge of MS.Office applications);
*Familiar with making business correspondence both in Indonesian and
English Language;
*Good personality, mature and be able to interact with the Senior
Management and all levels with positive work attitude;
*Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks;
*Confident, trustworthy, and have high integrity;
*Good looking and has professional appearance.
