We are one of a larger law firm in Jakarta located at Sudirman is seeking urgently Temporary Secretary for Foreign Counsel for 5 months (replacing the Secretary who will be taking maternity leave). The following requirements are as follows:
Requirements:
1. Female, Max. 30
years old.
2. Min. D3 graduated
from reputable Secretarial Academy (Preferably Tarakanita).
3. Have minimum 2/3
years experience as Secretary.
4. Fluent in
English both oral and written is a must.
5. Having good filling
and administration skills.
6. Well organized and
excellent competency in handling Secretarial Duties.
7. Excellent
Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet).
8. Able to work as
a team.
9. Willing to work
overtime.
