are one of the largest law firms in Jakarta located at Sudirman area is seeking
applicants for the position of Temporary Secretary for Foreign Counsel with the
following qualifications:
1. Female,
Maximum 30 years old.
2. Minimum
D3 Secretary graduated from reputable Secretarial Academy (Preferably
Tarakanita).
3. Minimum
2 or 3 years relevant experience in secretarial support role.
4. Possess
excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Excellent
in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
6. Must
be fluent in English both speaking and writing
7. Good
in filing and administration skills.
8. Well
organized and excellent competency in handling Secretarial Duties.
9. Able
to work as a team.
10. Willing
to work overtime.
11. Willing
to commit to 5-month contract position.
12. Able
to start work in the last of July.
