Currently our client a multinational operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires several positions as below:
Offshore Pipeline Engineer (Indonesian National)
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years in Offshore Pipeline Engineering preferably in concept select and FEED engineering within the Oil & Gas industry, including minimum 5 years in a project lead/management role in deepwater (500m or greater water depth) pipeline engineering within a pipeline engineering consultancy.
Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science.
Experience in offshore pipeline installation is desirable.
Responsibilities:
Provide pipeline engineering expertise and participate in planning, managing and reviewing the engineering work performed by the engineering consultant for the offshore pipelines.
Ensure that overall technical integrity of pipelines design premises, design, structural and flow assurance behavior meets the project requirements and industry best practice.
Provide pipeline engineering expertise in the HSE related studies.
Provide pipeline engineering expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning.
Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring and controlling annual budget.
Monitor the progress of the engineering consultant. Provide guidance and input data to the engineering consultant and participate in workshops organized by the engineering consultant.
Interface with Company s project team members to provide pipeline related technical data, assist team members with work associated to offshore pipelines.
Head of Onshore LNG (Indonesian National)
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years in hydrocarbon and/or oil & gas industry with at least 5 years in a managerial position for engineering work related to onshore LNG Facilities, project planning, integration and management.
Should have a minimum of 10 years engineering and installation experience in onshore gas production facilities.
Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science.
Responsibilities:
Manage all Onshore LNG related Concept Select Engineering Studies.
Manage Onshore/Near shore Surveys.
Manage the facilitation in the development process of Level 1, 2 and 3 project schedules for the range of development options of Masela Asset subsequent development.
Manage the team and consultants and survey contractors.
Plan, execute, monitor and control annual work plan and budget.
Manage HSE issues related to Onshore LNG engineering.
Manage the documentation and project progress reporting for Onshore LNG processes.
Manage all the interfaces with other departments/units.
Manage the economics evaluation of onshore LNG options.
Manage execution of IVAS Assurance activities by leading interaction.
Contract Staff (Indonesian National)
Requirements:
A minimum of Bachelor Degree in disciplines related to Oil and Gas Industry, e.g., engineering, business management.
5+ years of experience in the contracts management business with at least 3 years experience in oil and gas business preferably capital project business or drilling. Full understanding of prevailing Indonesian regulations (e.g., BPMIGAS PTK 007 Rev 02).
Basic negotiating skills; understand negotiation techniques and objectives.
Fluency in English both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing and administering tenders for major and minor contracts.
Ensure compliance with Regulations; interface with BPMIGAS to clarify and explain business matters.
Work with/ assist User Groups on the tendering and implementation of contracts.
Maintain organized tender and contract files, ensure there is a clear audit trail including all key documents.
Ensure full compliance with prevailing Regulations (e.g. PTK 007 Rev 02); clarify as necessary.
Work with User Groups to build tender and contract plans; develop contracting strategies.
Preparation of front end documentation including procurement plans, adverts and registration documents.
Develop Invitation to Bid documents, ensure objective evaluation criteria and process is in place.
Coordinate the Registration process and evaluation, arrange pre-bid meetings, coordinate clarifications.
Participate in tender evaluations; coordinate clarifications; prepare reports and recommendations.
Finalize contracts, arrange approvals; distribute contracts; establish contract files.
Validate contractors are fulfilling their local content obligations.
Assist User Groups to comply with Regulations and Procedures during implementation of contracts.
Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.

HSE Engineer (Indonesian National)
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in HSE from Concept Select, FEED, Detailed Design and installation to Operations of offshore oil and gas facilities.
Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science.
Responsibilities:
Support the team in assuring all HSE standards, policies, procedures, processes are implemented during Concept Select Studies.
Support the team in assuring all HSE standards, policies, procedures, processes are implemented during Offshore and Onshore Surveys.
Provide engineering expertise in the HSE related studies for Concept Selection.
Record, analyze, report and follow up all HSE-related incidents encountered within the team.
Provide HSE engineering expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning.
Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring and controlling annual budget.
Support and/or administer the delivery of all HSE education, socialization, and campaign programs to improve the HSE awareness as well as to improve the HSE competencies of the team members.
AMDAL / ESIA Specialist (Indonesian National) 2 Positions
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years in hydrocarbon and/or oil & gas industry with at a 10 years direct exposure to AMDAL and ESIA related processes and activities.
Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Social Science and/or related technical science tertiary degree.
Responsibilities:
Provide a structural plan to assure all AMDAL and Social Impact Assessment implementation planning and studies are completed to secure Concept Selection Design of Full Field Development.
Provide basic professional expertise and administrative support in planning the activities with consideration of Indonesian AMDAL/SIA regulations.
Provide basic professional expertise and administrative support in planning the site specific environmental activities including baseline surveys and execution planning.
Provide basic professional expertise and administrative support in the cost planning.
Provide basic professional expertise and administrative support in HSE related matters.
