One of our clients, Direct Selling industry in global nutrition, weight-loss and skin-care company from USA, is currently looking for:
Distributor Services Representative I (Customer Relation) - Jakarta
Qualifications:- Diploma degree or above
- At least 1 year working experience in customer service industry, cash handling experience is preferred
- Proficiency in verbal and written in English, proficiency in a second local language is a must.
- Excellent personality and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company's guidelines
- Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
- Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
- Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- well groom and manner
Responsibilities:
To ensure that all basic Distributor Services related functions, such as Order Processing, resolve Walk-in inquiries, and various Application Processing can be handled smoothly with accuracy, efficiency and professional service attitude while keeping the Company's policies and procedures in place.
