Job Description:
1. Accurately
process walk-in local and international orders from distributors while provide
superb customer service.2. Accurately
and diligently process all incoming Applications and related documents.
3. Ensure
all Orders processed are fully and accurately paid & daily reconciliation summary.
4. Able
to upsell / promote company's products and promotions on every walk in / phone
in contact with distributors.
5. Maintain
excellent attendance and punctuality standards.
6. Able
to process Fax-in orders within 24 hours in a normal working day.
7. All
internal and external requests and inquiries must be responded within 1 working
day.
8. Willing
to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required.
Skills/Education/Experience:
- Minimum : S1
- At least 1 year
working experience in customer service industry, cash handling experience is
preferred
- Proficiency in
verbal and written in English, proficiency in a second local language is a
must.
- Excellent
personality and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide
superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company's
guidelines
- Self-motivated
and attentive to details with strong initiative
- Ability to work
in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible
working hours maybe required
- Good computer
literacy (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- well groom and
manner
