Receptionist
*Responsibilities :*
- Handling incoming and outgoing call professionally
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Handling meeting room reservation
- Supporting administration work
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence and filling
documents.
- Handling incoming and outgoing domestic and international letters.
- Handling gasoline and toll fee reimbursement from courier
- Arrange courier daily schedule
*Requirements :*
- Female, max 22 years old, min SMA - D1 (IT diploma will be advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Resourceful & Proactive
- Trustworthy
- Service Oriented
- Pleasant personality
- Good appearance
- Good office administration skill
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office / e-mail / Internet)
- Proficiency in English.
- Discipline, initiative and well-organize
