Bueno Energy International is a coal mining
and trading company. Cargo traded or produced by Bueno Energy International are
mainly for the supply to Chinese or Thailand coal end users.  In year
2010, the company expanded its operation to Indonesia and setting up PT Bueno
Energy Indonesia in Jakarta at the Thamrin area's the Plaza Office Tower. We are currently inviting highly dynamic, self-motivated and committed
applicants to apply several positions in a challenging work environment as
follows:

 

1. Executive Secretary 

 

Responsibilities:

-      
Adept at making correspondence, notices,
proposals, document, and report in English

-      
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and
documents.

-      
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences,
travel arrangement, etc.

-      
File and retrieve corporate/project documents,
records, and reports in good English.

-      
Ability to use diplomacy
and discretion, when giving out information.

-       Ability to
create presentations, charts, graphs, databases, and spreadsheets

-       Ability to
meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.

-       Ability to
communicate effectively.

-       Ability to
compose routine correspondence and reports.

-       Ability to
type.

-       Ability to
operate standard office equipment. 

 

Requirements:

·        
Female,
age 25 - 32 years 

·        
Single
is preferable

·        
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business
Studies/Administration, Secretarial (Tarakanita is preferable)

·        
Having
4 years experience as executive secretary

·        
Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

·        
Advance Level skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook,etc) and Internet

·        
Fast Learner, honest, friendly-gracious and highly motivated
with excellent service attitude

·        
Having the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
of tight deadlines is essential

·        
Attractive
appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills

·        
Willing
to work in long hours

 

2. Marketing Communication

 

Responsibilities:

-      
Assist
the Marketing Director in analysis and reviewing the marketing report or
contract

-      
Developing
Company Image in all related supporting online media to producing materials
such logo, banners, flyers, posters, advertisements, etc.

-      
Provide
the Marketing tools such as presentation AND OR THE Marketing Director needs.

-      
Corporate
Website: Involved in development and maintenance of Corporate Website and
maintain the quality of the corporate website.

 

 

Requirements:

·        
Female,
age 25 – 35 yearsMinimum S1 from any reputable university in Marketing, Business or
Communication

·        
Having
5 years experience as Marketing Communication (Adverting Company is preferable)

·        
Proficient
in English (both spoken and written)

·        
Expert
level in Power Point, Ms. Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a MUST

·        
Excellent
communication & presentation skills

·        
Strategic
thinker with excellent interpersonal & communication skills

·        
Should
be creative, nimble and cooperative

·        
Willing
to work in long hours
