Branch Manager:
Job Descriptions:
- Analyzing sales trend & market demand, which is retail/corporate market or tour for group or retail,
- Monitoring & achieve sales growth & profitability
- Managing good relationship with new customer or repeater customer
- Handling complain effectively and responsive
- Report to COO, supervise : branch supervisor and travel consultant staff
Job Requirements:
- Female, max 39 years old
- S1 degree
- min 2 years experience as Branch Manager in hospitality industry/ insurance/ banking or 5 years experience as branch supervisor in the same industry
- Will be located in Jakarta (senayan, kebun jeruk), Makasar, Banjarmasin, Surabaya
- Good understanding to operate branch.
- Having knowledge in tour and travel industry with abacus system, tickets, tour package, incentive, and how to sell product and market, target oriented, good player in teamwork as leader
