Desktop Supervisor
Requirements:
- Preferably having experience in banking environment.
- Having leadership skills and able to manage team.
- Having knowledge in PC environment (hardware & software), setup & installation including trouble shooting in operating system, email, etc.
- Having knowledge in desktop management, with particular area in desktop utilities and tools such as EPO, Active Directory, Antivirus, Safeboot/SafeGuard.
- Having knowledge and experience in specific product mainly in Microsoft. Having experience in Symantec product will be preferable such as Symantec Altiris, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), etc.
- Having knowledge in desktop security & resiliency, e.g. hardening, patch management.
- Having experience in managing large numbers of IT assets (desktop, laptop, software license, etc)
- Understand change management process/procedure.
- Understand service level agreement (SLA).
- Good in creating reports.
- Good in English (verbal & writing).
