Requirements :
- 35 - 45 years of age, dynamic and energetic person
- Good communication in English
- Experience in overall Human Resources Management activities, i.e. Employee Relations, CLA, Training & Development, establish Motivation & Culture Programs, Remuneration Systems, experience with Mercer Evaluation Systems, Several Bonus Systems, etc
- Experience in developing/improving HR System, establishing HR programs, developing and improving the organization culture
- Good skills in leadership, planning & organizing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Also able to motivate and guide Managers in HR matters
