Currently, we are looking for a Personal Assistant with some qualifications below:
1. Female max 25 years old. Fresh Graduate is welcome.
2. Having at least 2 years of experience in Secretarial Job.
3. Having ability to work with MsWord, Excel, Microsoft Power Point.
4. Fast learner and independent as well as mature
5. Should be able to work in a team in daily basis
The Job Description:
1. screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
2. organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
3. organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
4. dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
5. producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
