Tax Junior Officer (code: Tax-Jr)
Responsibility
Selected candidates will be in assigned to handle tax administration as well as tax report.
Requirements:
  • Male/Female max. 25 years old
  • Must possess at least S1/D3 in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Have experience in handling tax related matters but Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Experiences in Taxes, and Having Brevet A and B
  • Good analytical abilities and accurate with numbers
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team
 
Tax Senior Officer (code: Tax-Sr)
Responsibilities:
·        Responsible for tax calculating and reporting
·        Consolidate all aspects of accounting and taxation
 
Requirements:
  • Male/Female max. 30 years old
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent from Mining industry.
  • Having Brevet A and B (those who in C courses are would be advantages)
  • Strong analytical management and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical abilities and accurate with numbers
  • High responsibility, hard work and good motivation.
  • Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
  • Plus sound knowledge of international tax
  • Able to work well under pressure

Accounting Staff (code: Acc-S)
Responsibilities:
  • She/he will be responsible for managing daily financial operation
  • Ensure that all financial reporting and taxation obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, for contracts and any other
  • Ensure that appropriate financial standards and procedures, systems for internal control, compliance, accounting data processing and finance reporting functions in accordance with requirements are implemented and maintained
Requirements:
  • Male/Female max. 27 years old
  • Possess at least D3 in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3 years work experiences in accounting management preferably in Mining industry
  • Good command in English and Mandarin as well
  • Have strong technical analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational skill and a high degree of personal motivation
  • Demonstrate ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill
 Secretary To Director (code: Sec-D)
Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner especially for Director and also support management and division as well.

Requirements:
  • Female max. 30 years old
  • Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, or equivalent.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellence in Administration and Secretarial Duties, Correspondences Skill, Filling Management, and Travel Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, manner, helpful, neat and office etiquette
  • Excellence in English and Mandarin as well
  • Has min. 2 years of working experiences in the related field
 
HRD Manager (code: HRD-M)

Responsibilities:
  •   Execute human resource strategic initiatives for review and implementation by top management.
  • Anticipate emerging trends on HR issue and initiate recommendations within the overall Company HR strategy
  • Manage the implementation of approved human resources policies to attract, develop, and retain qualified staff
  • Work on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies.
  • Works as a partner with executive management and provide leadership to all HR staff.
  • Establish operational guidelines, systems and processes for assessing program performance.
  • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Coordinate and control the implementation of all HR programs (staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc)
Requirements:
  • Male/Female max. 45 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Management from reputable University (preferably from Master Degree)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar position preferably from Mining industry.
  • Excellent experiences in full spectrum of HR Management: Organizational Development, HR Procedures and Processes, Performance Appraisal, Compensation and Benefit, Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching and Counseling.
  • Experience in handling compensation-benefit and personnel administration.
  • Strong leadership skills and good team work.
  • Self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
 
Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager (code: FAA-M)
  • Male/Female age 25-40 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
·        Experience min. 3 years in Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP)
·        Excellent knowledge and experience in Mining Industry and Corporate Trading
  • Self starter person to work hard, smart to achieve the goal, and must be a good team player.
  • Able to communicate in English (and Mandarin would be an advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
