Executive Secretary
Jakarta Selatan-HEAD OFFICE
Responsbilities :
Manage schedules and appointments.
Accompany director to attend meeting and create minutes of meeting.
Organize and prepare all of company documents (such as legal document, formal report, business document, etc) needed by the Director.
Coordinating with other departements (external or internal).
Setting document priorities, and filling documents.
Manage secretarial works such as typing, translating and concepting letter.
Receive and select incoming phone call
Arrange meeting schedule for superior, with internal or external parties.
Arrange logistic activities, such as hotel reservation, travel, etc.
Requirements :
Female 24-28 years old.
Formal education (Min.D3) in reputable university/academy, Tarakanita & ASMI preferred.
3-5 years experience in related field, experience as Executive level Personal Assistant is a plus.
Able to use computer (Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, etc).
Proficient in English spoken is a must.
Good communication skill, well organized, professional appearance & attractive.
Excellent interpersonal skill, active, strong attention to detail, dynamic, loyal, reliable, confident, highly invitiative person.
Remunation of IDR 4-6 millions (depending on experience).
