- Minimum height 165 cm (Female) - 170 cm (Male)
- Personal hygiene, good looking, attractive (well dressed), charming
- English mandatory both in written and spoken (understand hospitality language), other foreign languages are preferred (Japanese, Mandarin, Russian)
- Right attitude, body language, positive energy (energetic)
- Easy going, outgoing, up-to-date with current trend, especially in Bali (general knowledge), informative
- Adventurous (explore)
- Computer literate :word, excel, and familiar with hotel system
