Hi mb Indah,

Sorry, agak usil nie mbaca job advertisement dibawah ini... Dicari female max 25thn tapi yg sudah experience min 2th sbg Executive Secretary...???

Sdh 16th malang melintang di kesekretariatan tp sampai skrg msh suka bingung dgn title senior secre and exec secre... Ditambah.. Umur 25th sdh bs jd exec secre, apa mungkin?? Blum lg fresh grad jg welcome... Maksute apa tho???

Sy sndiri jujur bkn tipe yg mentingin title... Dr awal lulus tarki yg ada diotak kerja utk cari uang.. Yg penting gaji gede hehe...

IMHO ya, dimana2, yg namanya fres grad tidak mungkin bs lgs jadi exec secre mb... Selalu start dr junior (receptionist), secre, exec secre or PA, senior secre en office manager (ini hanya kl jenjang kesekretariatan aja) blm lg kl meluas cross function ke HR, finance, bus dev, sales marketing dll...

Intinya mb Indah atau siapapun posting vacancy... Jgn sampai buat yg baca bingung... Sampaikan aja intinya mau cari org yg spt apa? Sedikit info mengenai pkerjaan yg akan diinginkan company lbh baik...

No offence ya teman2... Just sharing, maaf kalo menyinggung - tdk ada maksud apa2..

(SEC)
Requirements:

  1. Female with maximum 25 years of age
  2. Diploma's Degree or Bachelor's Degree of Secretarial study program or any discipline from reputable universities
  3. A minimum of 2 year as an Executive Secretary or fresh graduate are welcome  
  4. A  sound knowledge and skill in secretarial and business functions is expected
Competencies:

  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written is must
  • Excellent Interpersonal skill, strong attention to detail, dynamic, loyal, reliable, confident, and highly initiative person
  • Excellent communication skills, writing and ability to work multitasking.
