A Multinational Advertising Agency is now looking for a Secretary
Qualifications:
Female with 2 - 3 years experience as a secretary
Speak & write English fluently (working with expatriates)
Familiar with expatriate documents (Working Permit, KITAS, Multiple Entry Visa etc.) would be an advantage
Managing diaries and making appointments
Travel arrangements (booking flight tickets, hotels etc)
Maintaining filing systems
Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, Power point, Internet
Accuracy and good attention to details
Able to join beginning of December 2013
