We are looking for qualified candidates to fill following position:
  1. Mill Manager
  2. Asst. Mill Manager Process
  3. Asst. Mill Manager Maintenance
  4. Spv. Process
  5. Spv. Maintenance
  6. Asst. Laboratorium
  7. Asst. Process
  8. Asst. Maintenance
Requirment :
  1. Max. Age is 45 years old (1,2,3,4,5), and max. Age is 35 years old (6,7,8).
  2. Min. 10 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (1), min. 8 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (2,3), min. 5 years managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group (4,5), min. 1 year experience in established palm oil plantation group (6,7,8).
  3. Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (1,3,5,8), Chemical (2,4,6,7).
  4. Having knowledge in Plantation Business Process.
  5. Expert to Operational control, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Mill Plantation.
  6. Able to communicate in English (English literate) & Computer literate.
  7. Workbase at Palm Oil Mill (Sumatera & Kalimantan unit area).
