QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Diploma or appropriate educational background
- Minimum diploma of secretary with two (2) years of experience in the same field, Fresh graduate is welcome
- Women, Max 25 years
- Good in English and familiar with Microsoft Office application (MS. Excel, PPT, MS. Word, MS. Outlook)
- Pleasant performance, good interpersonal and communication skill
- Fast Learning
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling company visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails, fax messages, and other general
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Arranging and preparing internal-external meeting and training
- Arranging and preparing Management schedule, appointment, and personal assistant
- Arranging business trip, including ticketing, and accommodation
- Preparing and ordering the office stationery and office sundries
- Maintaining the office stationery and office sundries is in sufficient quantity
- Preparing Daily employee attendance list
- Providing other administrative assistance for Finance
- Providing assistance as administrative support for Associate and Sr. Associate
- Providing assistance for accounting department
- Arranging company driver's schedule to support employee movement
- Providing other general administrative assistance to make sure the office is in good, clean and tidy condition.
