Our Client, specialty coffee roasthouse located at Jakarta Selatan selling coffee to modern market and food service.
We encourage all our staff to learn, grow and develop professionally. Due to its growth, we're now seeking qualified candidate for the following position:
STAFF FINANCE
Responsibilities :
Cash Flow Report
Payment of Account Payable and Report
Collecting of Account Receivable and Report
Finance Administration (make of voucer in and out, memorial etc)
Filling documentation for finance purpose
Cashier
Responsible for petty cash (incoming and outgoing cash daily)
Making bank report daily and monthly
Requirements :
• Female between 25-30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Tax, Purchasing and Administration process.
• Familiar with Ms Office Program and MYOB Accounting system (to be priority)
• Honest, Hard worker, adaptable, eager to learn
• Full Time position available
• Fluent in English
