The responsibilities are mainly to maximize the effectiveness of drilling engineering support for development well program, to provide technical leadership and assist drilling engineering manager. Emphasize will be upon flawless execution of well design.
DRILLING OPERATION SUPERVISOR
The responsibilities are mainly to provide day to day onsite supervision of drilling operation and become the primary contact with rig and third party personnel at the rig site to ensure operation are perform in accordance with the drilling program and in a safe and cost-effective manner.
DRILLING ENGINEERING MANAGER
The engineering manager is responsible for direct oversight of a professional team focus on designing and optimizing wells for Mobil Cepu Ltd. Strong technical leadership and demonstrated experience leading a multicultural team are necessary.
