2.   22yo and above
3.   University degree or college diploma in business or management. 
4.   Possess an excellent interpersonal skill, organized and accurate.
5.   Knowledgeable of marketing, sales processes and workflows.
6.   Strong data management and support skills.
7.   Ability to develop strong relationship, service and customer- oriented.
8.   Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills.
9.   Excellent verbal and written communication skill
      English is a must.
 
 
POSITION OVERVIEW
 
CRM Officer is responsible for managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details and have analytical skills. Additionally, this role will require in-depth knowledge of sales, marketing and business processes.
 
The main objective of CRM dept is to provide support for Sales Dept and to increase traffic/ foot flow to the brick and mortar store by creating an interesting program and increase customer's loyalty.  CRM Officer is also responsible to keep an accurate database, review the customer movement and suggest remedies, if needed.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1.       Policing company data, entered by users. Ensuring all data are correct across Account, Contacts, Opportunities etc;
·         Identify, correcting and communicating errors;
·         Ensure all data and opportunities are up-to-date, in real-time;
·         Ensure all data fields are populated correctly at all times;
·         Report and detect improper data usage;
2.       Provide central point of contact for customers;
3.       Provide help-desk support for all system users. Escalating problem to related dept or management, if needed;
4.       Building regular report and manage customer movement;
5.       Suggest marketing activities to support CRM objective;
6.       Running and managing the loyalty programs;
    Maintain and protect company and brand image
