Our company, an international Australian oil & gas company, is urgently seeking for Receptionist also covers as Junior Admin, with following requirement:
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE   :             
-              Diploma or appropriate educational background
-              Good in English and familiar with Microsoft Office application
-              Pleasant performance, good interpersonal and communication skill.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-              Handling company visitors
-              Handling incoming and outgoing mails, fax messages and other general correspondences
                             Handling outgoing mail reference log
                            Preparing & filing transmittal for outgoing mail/packages
                            Distributing incoming mail, fax and other general correspondences
-              Attending incoming calls
-              Providing log book for meeting room reservation
-              Preparing the Material Requisition (MR) for office stationery and office sundries (after compiling all employee's requirement)
-              Ordering the office stationery and office sundries after MR is approved
-              Maintaining the office stationery and office sundries is in sufficient quantity
-              Preparing weekly and monthly employee attendance list and reporting it to HR & HSE
-              Updating company contact list and distributing it to all management and staff
-              Providing other administrative assistance for HR Department
-              Providing assistance as administrative support for Executive Assistant
-              Providing assistance for procurement department (i.e. bid document collection)
-              Providing assistance for accounting department (i.e. recording receiving date of invoice, checking the invoice administrative/supporting document)
-              Arranging company driver's schedule to support employee movement
-              Providing other general administrative assistance for HR Department to make sure the office is in good, clean and tidy condition
