Our Client, The first business focus into coal & minerals mining company is seeking a dedicated and motivated person to join our team as :

                                                                                 Legal Executive
 Responsibilities
• Prepare and draft agreements and documents.
• Assist and provide support to other departments in legal related matters.
• Assist in contractual and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, policies and best practices.
• Maintain contracts database.
• Provide customer service support.
• Analyze and propose legal documents tailored to the laws relating to the company's operational activities (e.g. purchase agreement, investment, loan, etc.)
• Provide legal advice by applicable law as a form of support for policy making, regulation and problem solving in operations, internal relations, personnel etc.
• Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization.
• Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization's interests.
• Handling lawsuits of the company.
• Inputs in amending clauses/contracts for the company.
• Securing company and it's all possessions from any illegal problems.
• Documenting and keeping all the legal documents securely.
• Ensure local Management is made aware of group-wide norms, including policies, and are taking action to implement the same in their business. Oversee adjustment of all such norms, where required, to reflect local law and regulation.
• Act as Business partner in all actions relating to the Company's contractual negotiations and statutory obligations, in particular relating to the ownership, control and protection of inventions and confidential business information, reviewing, drafting and negotiating all legal business issues regarding the Company's licensing activities and other significant transaction, including archival of all contractual documentation.

Requirements
 
• Male/Female, 28 - 40 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law/Human Resources Management.
• Candidate must have min. 5 years experience in Labor, Administrative, and Contract matters. Work experience in corporate law practice is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written.
• Candidate must have highly developed communication skills (oral and written), persuasive, hard worker, assertive, and energetic.
• Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation. Strong knowledge about corporate laws and regulations.
• Excellent watching and logical abilities.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
• Self driven, good manner and strong analytical skill.
• Well-organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation and good communications skill.
• Have a high motivation, high endurance and achievement responsibility in completing the work.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
• Good personality, creative, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
• Good administrative, planning, organizing and, proactive person with a problem solving attitude.
