[Indo-Job] Vacancy : Channel Development Manager

 

Our Client a Construction and Industrial Tools Company (Foreign Company) seeking a dedicated and motivated person to join our team as :
 
Channel Development Manager ( Hand tools - Power tools - Machinery)
Responsibilities
  • Target new customers/dealers to expand and grow the business for various product levels
  • Identify opportunity and effectively sell more product lines to existing customers
  • Distributor / Dealer channel expansion to grow and widen markets
  • Prepare quarterly promotions / yearly plans in conjunction with distributor for dealer network
  • Analyze sales report and provide solution problems
  • schematic & product assortment knowledge
  • Monitor sales team daily / weekly with sales commitments
  • Manage sales forecast for related accounts / each store / each promotion area
  • Follow up all issue that are related to accounts such as invoices problem, credit term payment , evidence for all rebates or marketing fees that already deduct by system
  • Coordinate with service department for repaired products
  • Work with marketing team to fulfill customer's marketing requirements
  • Identifying new product developments opportunities and localization of product suitable for the local application requirements
  • Work with the marketing team to effectively drive through marketing initiative / programs and achieve sales commitment
Requirements
  • Male
  • Max 40 years old
  • At least bachelor Degree from any reputable University with major in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 -8 years sales experience in traditional channel handling / building dealer's network in Indonesia for an American or European multinational corporation. Preferably associated with selling into Hardware / Industrial/ Compressors / Generators/ Mechanical/ Engineering goods
  • Good selling , negotiation, and communication skills
  • Result driven, mature, independent and posses self-initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills
  • Business oriented with an ambitious growth mindset
  • Has a strong leadership skills
  • Able to manage a diverse team of sales managers, sales executives/specialist and key account
