An advertising company in Jakarta is looking a for candidate to fill in the position of HR Specialist with requirements as follow :
1. Male/Female, age max 30
2. Bachelor Degree major Human Resources Management, Psychology, or from reputable University
3. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
4. Have a knowledge in HR process, recruitment & selection, labour laws of Indonesia and government regulation, and personnel administration
5. Have an experience in handling General Affair, company's legal document such as Company registration
6. Active English both written and spoken
7. Positive working attitude, good initiative and willing to learn
8. Good communication, analytical, negotiation skill and interpersonal skill
