Responsibilities:
 
* Secretarial duties (make notulen, schedule meeting, arrange travel (ticket, hotel,visa) etc.)
* Document's Filling (internal & external)
 
Requirements:
 
* Female max 25 yo
* Min. diploma degree from reputable university (preferable secretary), GPA min 3.3
* Fresh graduates are encorage to apply
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
* Have pleasant personality and able to work under pressure
* High motivation and hard worker
* Placement in Jakarta Barat
