Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a humanitarian, not for profit, community development

based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill in the following positions :

 

1. Program Officer  - Sponsorship Service Department (SSD) 

Key Responsibilities : Maintain children sponsorship, child case management & counseling.

 

Duty Stations :

- Jakarta Head Office (2 positions)

- Rawa Badak Selatan, Jakarta (1 position)

- Enrekang, South Sulawesi (1 position)

 

2. Program Officer - Operation Department (OD)

Key responsibilities :  Project Cycle Management (plan, implement, MONEV), Organizing community, Research.

 

Duty Stations:

- Bogor (1 position)

- Enrekang (1 position)

 

3.Program Officer - Administration Department (AD)

Key Responsibilities : Financial, procurement, staff managerial and human resources

Duty Station :

-  Enrekang, South Sulawesi (1 position)

4. Research Officer – Operations Department (OD)
Key responsibilities: Research on children and income generation issue, establish database and publish research finding, community baseline/participatory research.

Duty Station :

-  Jakarta, Head Office (1 position)

5. Partnering Officer – Operations Department (OD)
Key responsibilities: Liaison with donor and GNI partner institution, maintain special fund project, linking project/program with GNI community development program (CDP)

Duty Station :
-  Jakarta, Head Office (1 position)

Requirements :

• Male/Female, max 30 years old

• Bachelor degree (S1) all major, but preferably :

Position (1)    : Psychology / English Literature

Position (2&4) : Social sciences (Social welfare, sociology, anthropology, economy) / Agribusiness

Position (3)    : Management / Accounting 
Position (5) : Communication, Management, Public Administration     

• Fluency in English both speaking and writing

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skill

• Good team player

• Minimum 1 year in NGO activities is preferred

• Fresh graduates with good track record in organizational activities are welcome to apply

• Willing to travel around Indonesia

 

Note :

- Jakarta and Bogor positions : The selection process will be held in Jakarta

- Enrekang, South Sulawesi position : The selection process will be held in Makasar
