MARKETING COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
· Female, age 25 – 35 years old
· Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in
Marketing/ Management/ Communication from
reputable university
· Have min. 2 years experiences in Customer
Relation or the same field
· Computer literacy, excellent in written
and spoke English is a MUST
· Demonstrates initiative to solve problems
without supervision
· Strong interpersonal and communication
skills to work with the customers
· Customer focus and marketing oriented
· Active listening skills, pleasant
personality, highly responsible team player
· Proactive, well-organized, hard worker,
discipline and willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet
deadline
· Customer service oriented and proficient
in social media communications.
Responsibilities:
1. Increase and maintain customer database in the system incl activating lapse and inactive customer
2. Act as front – line contact with the customers by managing social medias and other portal of communications
3. Maintain good relation with end –user by receiving and responding to customer's problems, queries and requests
4. Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction
