HR MANAGER
Karawang (reporting to BSD head office)
Responsibilities:
a. Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management , Industrial Engineer with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experiences in the managerial position.
b. Good understanding of Indonesian Labour Law /regulations.
c. Have 7 years experience in handling human resource field.
d. Knowledge about human resource organisation and management, including conflict-management
e. Have experience in handling human resource in the factory
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
* Required language(s) : English and Bahasa
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time position(s) available.
