--EDUCATION PROGRAM OFFICER--

QUALIFICATION

• University degree
  
• Min. 2 years experience in relevant field
  
• Extensive knowledge and experience in education program management flow (planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, reporting), grant management and donor relations
  
• Knowledge (experience is preferred) in fundraising
  
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and networking skills with large groups as well as with individuals
  
• Ability to multi-task & to maintain professionalism in all circumstances
  
• Self-motivation and discipline to regularly set and achieve work goals
  
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
  
• Experience in corporate, foundation and/or international organization
