RPHL acquires Greenfield sites and existing buildings, and develops these into branded budget hotel properties, using internal project and development management resources.

Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
· Organise and control large numbers of workers on the project
· Teach workers fast and efficient methods to improve productivity
· Demonstrate the way to dramatically increase output
· Organise work flow to achieve daily targets
· Ensure correct work first time.
Requirements:
· Trade certificate
· 5 years project experience
· Competent in all aspects of construction.
· Capable of teaching others.
· Placement in Solo
