A new company based on IT is now looking for an OPERATIONS Manager.
Below are the descriptions:
Role & Responsibilities
- Understanding strategic objectives
- Participating in developing an operations strategy
- Participating on designing the operation's products, services and processes
- Planning and controlling
- Improving the performance of operation
- Coordinating operations
- Promote company's products and services to new prospects
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience for international company
- Experience in setting up a new company
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Business Management knowledge for PT / PT PMA structures
- Tax and accounting management (a must)
- HR and payrolls management
- Information & Technology knowledge would be an advantage
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Preferred Skills:
- Rigorous and well organized
- Pro-active
- Communication Champion
Personality:
- Friendly, open and consultative in nature
- Inspirational, motivational and lively
- Driven by own personal values
- Determined to succeed
