Mining contractor company looking for qualified and highly motivated individuals that willing to work at remote area to support our operation expansion program : Secretary to Director Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: To be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the administration of the Division, assisting the Director. To ensure that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled To responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical service to the Director To record and transcribe minutes of meetings To draft routine or simple correspondence for the Director as assigned To type correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports etc To open/dispatch mail relative to the division To maintain office supplies To perform special duties in relation with the division when requested Requirements: Bachelor Degree or secretarial college At least 4 years experience working as secretary or equivalent Possess interpersonal skills and able to work with others Very good command of written and spoken English
