Responsibilities:
Make recruitment and assessment plan and schedule. Recruiting and
selection test for operational team and office employee. Assessing and
profiling employee as one of human capital development step. Supervise
and mentoring recruitment and assessment staff.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or
equivalent.
* Required skill(s): recruitment and assessment plan and flow.
* Giving psychological test instruction, skoring and interpreting psychological test.
* Mature-nurturing nature; acts as a mentor and advisor to his/ her team.
* High level of mobility and independence; able to work under pressure and within.
* Meticulous attention to administrative aspect of recruitment and selection requi.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
