Online Customer and Public Relations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
An International Holiday Company in Bali requires an Online Customer and Public Relations Coordinator to engage with online audiences across our websites and social media presences. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, marketing and PR, be comfortable identifying and handling both opportunities and issues that may arise from online conversation. They will be highly organised, team-oriented, and a natural communicator. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team. Must be up for a challenge and willing to relocate to Bali.
Required Competencies:
· Able to work and communicate in English and Indonesian
· Able to understand, filter, categorise and distribute issues and opportunities to internal stakeholders as they arise on the web
· Able to communicate with online audience confidently and professionally, and work with internal customer relations teams to resolve issues that appear online
· Comfortable interviewing and interacting with customers in our resorts
· Able to manage ad-hoc projects such as translations and other marketing/PR efforts
Desired Competencies:
· Experience in hotel/resort marketing, PR, customer service
· Online marketing and PR experience
· Experience working with content management systems (Wordpress, etc.) to create and update web content
