Currently we are assisting a multinational company with service industry as their core of business with mostly telecommunication companies as their customers. They are seeking candidate to fill in a position as:
Responsibilities:
· Manage the general training programme as well as training materials including planning, budgeting and course delivery.
· Work with the Learning and Development staff of country offices to offer support and to ensure consistency in use of materials and training practice and offer advice.
· Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, action learning & e-learning
· Delivering these blended solutions and training sessions to your delegates, mostly at management level
· Develops and delivers management information reports to track and benchmark learning and development participation, costs, benefits, etc
Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years experience in related field
· Minimum Diploma Degree of any field
· Demonstrable competence in and enthusiasm for practical training methods.
· Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines with a minimum of support.
· Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
· Computer literate
· Able and willing to travel for business trip
