One of our clients, a holding company involving in manufacturing,
mining, property, IT, and telecommunications sectors is looking for the
following position :
Human Resources Senior Officer
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The incumbent serves as the Human Resources Senior Officer performing the full
range of personnel support functions and other related administrative duties, especially
in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Talent
Management and the most of Recruitment.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific
and comprehensive information supporting each item.
1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
2. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Human Resources is required. An ex-headhunter employee will be preferable.
3. Fluent in speaking/reading/writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia are required. Language proficiency will be tested.
4. Must have prior knowledge of Human Resources matters, such as a thorough knowledge of HR regulations and procedures, Indonesian labor laws, health and life insurance procedures.
5. Good interpersonal skills are mandatory. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Must have a good judgment, tact, discretion, and attention to detail. Must be able to operate independently with little oversight. Ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions. Must have word processing skills; understand databases, and ability to work on a team. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
