Junior HRD Manager
Our Client ,main business in guarding security ,located at South Jakarta looking for:
Job Requirement:
* Male/ Female, Min. 30-35 years old
* S1 degree major Psychology/Law/Management or equivalent experience
* Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian
* Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory laws or labor
* Ordinances, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, Training
* People & relationship management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
* Possess strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management
* Problem solving skills, dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed finish the task
* Fluent in English both written and oral is a must
* Competent in computer literate (Microsoft-Office) and HR Applications
* Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
* Preferable from Outsourcing company
