Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE


•Interact directly with customer to fulfill their needs
•Perform customer verifications, process orders, forms, applicants and request.
•Direct request and unresolved issues to appropriate departments
•Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and details of actions.
•Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments.


CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

•Attend to customers on product exchanges and collection
•Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on delivery matters
•Ensure daily goods received are in good order and correct quantity

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma Degree of any field
• Minimum experience 6 months in the same fields
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
• Familiar with SAP will be advantage
