URGENTLY NEEDED: HRGA SUPERVISOR

A newly established wheat flour manufacturer, joint venture between Malaysian, Japanese, and leading Indonesian group company in food ingredients industry, is seeking for HRGA Supervisor:

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resources/ Law/ Psychology or other relevant major
  
• Min. 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist
  
• Good knowledge in any HR Function
  
• Able to create and set up HR system and procedure
  
• High willingness to help others and good teamwork
  
• Self starter and high initiative, with good analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Proficiency in English, understanding Japanese or Mandarin is preferred
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
• Placement in Jakarta with frequent travel to our plant
