is the international hotel in Samarinda managed by Swiss Belhotel International. 

Our property closed to the shopping center, business district and various attractive places.

 

To strengthen our team, so we are looking for qualified person to fill the position of :

 

SALES MANAGER
Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Male/Female, aged between 27 – 35  years old, matured, innovative and creative.
• Having least 2 years of working experience at the same field
• Responsible for overall coordination, management and leadership of integrated front office.
• Posses good networking with business partner, including supplier, corporate accounts and government .
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office such as word and excel.

Kondisi remunerasi Restaurant Manager di Swiss Bel Hotel Borneo Samarinda adalah sbb :

* Range salary 3,5 juta - 4,5 juta

* Mendapat kamar mess standar atau dana kost Rp 500 ribu / bulan
* Official check sebesar Rp 600 ribu/sebulan
* Makan pagi di restaurant hotel
* Service rata rata Rp 1,5 juta

Kondisi suasana kerja :
* Hubungan dengan karyawan baik
* Hubungan sesama manager baik -- kecuali ada 1 yang performanya kurang
* CA adalah keluarga owner
* GM relatif baik hanya kadang moody
* Owner masih ikut campur walau tidak terlalu (angka 6 dari skala 10)
