b.. Master Degree/S2 from reputable university is a MUST (major in HR/Finance/Marketing/ Business Management/Engineering)
c.. Having Bachelor or Master Degree from Engineering will be advantage
d.. Min 2 years working experience from reputable consultation/training firm or in managerial level
e.. Possess a proven track record both concept mastery and hands on application
2. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (Executive Search Division)
· Female/Male, age 25-35 years old
· Graduated min S1 from reputable university (majoring Psychology will be advantage)
· Min 1 years experience in the executive search and/or recruitment selection activities.
3.. ADMINISTRATION STAFF (GM office)
a.. Female, between 22 – 25 years old
b.. Min. Diploma 3 degree (major in secretarial/office admin/public relation/communication)
c.. GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
§ Fluent in English and Computer literate (MS. Office & Internet)
4.. MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Business Development Division)
· Male/Female, age 23-35 years old
· Graduated min S1
· GPA min. 3.0
· Working experience min. 1 year in marketing for financial/banking institution (will be advantageous)
