NEEDED URGENTLY

OPERATIONAL MANAGER  for Hotel in Jakarta ( 2 Stars)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of hotel business including day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Hotel, in order to achieve company's goals.
• Development and controlling of the hotel SOP to achieve optimal productivity
• Provide advice on issues related to service and general operational of the hotel
  
• Conduct investigations on complaints of guest / employee's conduct and take necessary actions
• Responsible for all hotel activities
• Other tasks which needed time to time
  

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

Required language(s) : English, Bahasa ( Arabic will be advantage)

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Managers specializing in Front Office / Duty Manager in the hotel / service  industry

Must possess good communications and interpersonal skill

Independent and good personality

Muslim, Female 35 - 40 years old
