HR MANAGER for 2 Stars Hotel in Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the human resources function including day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the HR Dept, covering recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training and development and employee communications in order to achieve company's goals.
- Development and administration of the Human Resourses SOP to achieve optimal productivity
- Provide advice on issues related to labour legislation
- Preparing monthly reports and ad-hoc reports and preparing HR budget
- Conduct investigations on complaints of employee's conduct and take necessary actions
- Responsible for staff welfare activities
- Other tasks which needed time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources in the hotel / service industry
- Must possess good communications and interpersonal skill
- Independent and good personality
- Muslim, 35 - 40 years old (Female are preferable)
- CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY
