Personal Assistant To CEO
Responsibilities:
 1. Purpose:
·         Manage internal and external communication on CEO's behalf
·         Analyze and present data to enable decision making by CEO.
·         Assist in the organizational goals and process.
 
2. Specific Tasks:
·         Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working.
·         Establish rapport with key people in the organization and other stakeholders to the company.
·         Understand key performance indicators of the company and hence various program to meet these goals.
·         Monitor and report progress on these programs. Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities to CEO.
·         Drive key projects to advance organization change process.
·         Support strategy in consultation with BOD & Head of Department for the chosen function and manage the ensuing actions.
·         Assist CEO in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews.
·         Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and Board of Directors.
·         Managing, monitoring and implementing the Business Calendar of CEO. 
·         Attend Executive and Senior Management Meetings to record minutes including distribution and timely follow-up of key actions.
·         Read and analyze incoming reports, submissions and memos to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
·         Provide simultaneous oral English translation at staff gatherings, business meetings, store visits and events.
·         Provide timely written English translation for personal and incoming business correspondence, and related documents.
·         Managing petty-cash, claims and settlement in relation to the expenses of CEO.
·         Coordinate all travel arrangements for executive and staff of the Head Office.
 
Requirements:
Essential
·         Diploma from reputable Secretarial College, university degree is advantageous.
·         Ability to work independently with minimum instructions.
·         Ability to see big picture, analyze and break complex problems into smaller manageable parts.
·         Ability to work in a non-hierarchical set up
·         Must be able to travel and accommodate busy schedule.
·         Must be able to work in a dynamic environment.
 
 
Important
·         Excellent communication and language skills. Fluency over at least 2 languages – Indonesia & English
·         Ability to multi-task without getting stressed.
·         Commitment to making a positive change to the organization.
·         Minimum 3 years experience in comparable position.
·         Experience in working with expatriate.
·         Must be self-starter and fast learner.
·         Must possess a warm and engaging personality.
·         Must have professional business appearance and mindset.
·         Work location : North Jakarta
·         Can Join Immediately on October, 1st 2012
