Executive Secretary
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
-Arrangement and preparing weekly and monthly meeting/ conference call / video call and make the minutes of meeting if necessary.
-Responsible to make business trip arrangement ( air ticket and hotel reservation, etc.) both for outgoing and incoming guess from another country/city who will stay at Indonesia/Jakarta
-Making appointment, receiving incoming calls, register incoming and outgoing letter, etc.
Requirements:
-Female, max 32 years old
-Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree from any major
-Fluent in English (oral & write)
-Active, good iniciative, detail and communication
-Good planning and orginize
