VACANT POSITION:
Payroll Officer
Summary:
Entry level position responsible for greets and directs visitors, answers and routes all incoming telephone calls performs clerical functions as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide company payroll every month, including pay slip distribution.
· Calculating employee overtime, overstay, meal allowance.
· Maintain company payroll system.
· Checking all employee Business Expense Claim Report.
· Maintain updating employee data base.
· Provide personal income tax data ( article 23 ) to Accounting Departement.
· Provide administration assistance to Admin Departement.
Required Skills or Tools:
· Proficient with secretarial and administration.
Requirements:
· Female, Age 23-27 years old.
· Diploma III/Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economic, Management.
· At least 2 years experiences as a Payroll Officer.
· Fluent in English, good oral and written communication skill.
· Nice Looking & Pleasant Personality.
Physical Strain:
· Must be able to work under pressure.
· Must be able to work with the team in developing improved work processes for the department.
